Personal Care
Assistance with showering, drying, dressing, personal grooming, garment application and other personal care related tasks.

  • Medication assistance. Medications from a pharmacy-created Webster pack are kept in a secure location in your home.

  • Wellness visits to ensure you are safe and well if living alone, in an isolated area, or as required.

  • Personal Care services are delivered by a qualified (Cert III) Care Provider.

 

Domestic Assistance
Domestic assistance is much more than a cleaning service; it provides support with running your home, from cleaning the bathroom to grocery (list) shopping and paying bills.

  • Domestic assistance is a support system to enable you to maintain control of your household and complete domestic tasks safely.

  • Our Care Providers encourage you to stay active in your home by doing the things you can, with the knowledge that you have someone to manage what you can’t.

 

Home and Garden Maintenance
General garden and home maintenance, keeping your home and garden safe, secure, functional and tidy.

  • Changing smoke alarm batteries and light globes; window cleaning; clearing gutters and pathways; and lawn mowing.

Meal Preparation
Assistance with meal preparation, cooking and serving.

  • Meals are prepared fresh in your own home and can be suitable for freezing.

  • Staff work with you to plan and create meals you will enjoy.

 

Individual Social Support
Social, one-on-one contact with our friendly, helpful staff either in your own home or out in the community.

  • Be collected from your home for an outing of your choice, supported by a qualified, professional staff member.

  • You can do anything from having a chat and playing board games in your own home, through to attending group meetings, going to the cinema or even going to the shops.

  • Our helpful staff can also assist with bill paying, grocery shopping and general errands.

 

Flexible Respite
